the room was clean and i had plenty of towels.

I REALLY DISLIKED the lack of staff present. It felt unsafe. there was no one at reception, only phone contact. this, especially at night. also, the request for a £200 damage waiver on my card was unacceptable. I refused to pay it.

the room was clean and had everything i needed for my short stay.

then, i was not allowed to enter until i had made a direct bank transfer of £200. i had to cancel the stay but it was charged to my debit card anyway, and it was difficult to get refunded. overall, it was a really inconvenient and frustrating start to my trip.

The location was central, so getting around was pretty easy.

My room had a noticeable odor, and to make matters worse, I saw a stain on the bed sheets. The shower wasn't great either. I also didn't see any staff around which wasn't great.

the room was spacious, clean, and modern. the gated carpark offered safe and easy parking, a real plus in this location. i was also allowed a late checkout and the hotel provided luggage storage.

my main issue was the lack of staff on site, particularly at reception. while i understand the self-check-in process, it felt impersonal and raised concerns about assistance in case of emergencies.

The room was spacious. There was a good supply of towels available for us. I appreciated the inclusion of a full-length mirror in the room, though the carpets were clean.

I noticed we ran out of essential supplies. Specifically, there was no one around to provide more tea, coffee, and toilet roll. I had to purchase my own toilet roll. The parking fee of £7.50 per day also felt a bit expensive.
