The room had a good size, and it was well decorated. The staff was nice, and I found them helpful. Breakfast was great too. I liked the variety. The room was also equipped with the amenities i needed.

The lighting in the room was not great. One small window let in little light. The bathroom seemed tired and old. I found the mattress to be uncomfortable and too soft. IT wasn't what I hoped for.

the staff was super friendly and cute. our double room was really warm when we got there and super clean. the bed was very comfy and the bathroom was clean too.

my car stopped work. i tried to call, but there was no answer. so, i payed the full price but i wont book again. it cost me a fortune with the tow back to north yorkshire
