Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Guests frequently highlight the Oxnoble's convenient location, a short walk from Deansgate and close to attractions like the Science and Industry Museum, easily accessible from Deansgate train station. The spacious and clean rooms, often recently renovated, feature comfortable beds and amenities such as tea-making facilities; some have found the rooms a bit too warm, though. Many appreciate the excellent, good-value breakfast and the traditional English pub downstairs, although some have mentioned inconsistent availability of certain breakfast items.

unstable shower temperature thin walls
The shower temperature was hard to regulate. It swung between cold and scalding. the tv remote did not function, so i could not use the television. also, the walls seemed quite thin, so noise from other rooms was noticeable late at night, hard to sleep

mixed experience due to noise and staff issues

excessive noise unconcerned staff
The music was excessively loud. It shook my room. staff did not seem concerned after i complained. the music continued until late, and cleaning started early, it sounded like furniture was being thrown around. this showed a lack of consideration. i only stayed one of the two nights i paid for because of the noise. the experience ruined my visit.

sunday roast heaven

tender beef very nice pudding dog-friendly manager
I came for a sunday roast. The beef was very tender. The Yorkshire pudding was very nice, and the gravy tasted so good. The new manager even brought a plate of beef for my dog! I am excited to see what is next for this place.
The music could be loud as the pub is underneath.
Location
9/10
The hotel provides quick access to the city center. There are pay and display bays located directly outside, a big PLUS. This central location feels surprisingly quiet.
Service
9/10
The staff was very friendly and helpful . The breakfast waiter was especially cheerful and a pleasure to talk with each morning. They remembered me from my previous visit.
Rooms
9/10
The room had comfortable beds and was very clean. I had ironing facilities in the big room, convenient. The shower and toilet were equally clean.
