i found the staff very helpful. they were quick to address my questions. the family room was quite comfortable and spacious. there was a big tv with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits provided! free parking was available, a major plus.

the building looked a bit run-down, but it was still ok.

a mixed experience

musty smellslow drain

The bathroom wasn't great. It had a musty smell that lingered. i also noticed the shower drain was quite slow. Water pooled around my feet. finally, the tv remote didn't work, so i couldn't watch anything in the evenings, it was quite disappointing after a long day.
