this hotel include beautiful rooms and i got upgrade to a two bed apartment! it was furnished beautifully. there were great showers and comfortable beds i must say. the mini kitchen work great. lollies, biscuits, tea and coffee were provided too. such a nice touch and appreciated after my journey, i loved it!

i found no comfy chairs. there was no table with chairs instead of the slipper bath, it looked great, but was tall and slippery for me. bedside tables was covered by huge lamps.

the hotel provides an excellent location. it is very quiet. the place is only five minutes walk from city centre, that is very convenient. the train station is close.

The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work. It made the room really hot. the mattress was also too soft. I didn't get any back support. it was very uncomfortable, i didn't sleep well at all. the pillows were also not great

The room upgrade was a total surprise and greatly appreciated. The provided kitchen was immaculate. I found a large bathtub inside the bedroom, and a separate shower was in the bathroom. The mattress offered a high level of comfort.

The walls had some marks, and the doors showed slight damage, requiring a deep clean.

we got upgraded to the chic room it was more luxurious than i expected for the price. it had everything we needed for an overnight stay including a tiny kitchen plus fresh milk in the fridge

the floor by the bathroom was soaking wet due to the shower having overflowed before my visit when i used the shower, i had to constantly turn it off to prevent overflowing. the bed was very uncomfortable it had what was like a hard wooden beam

The polo club room had a very nice kitchenette (it included everything i needed!). the room, bed, and kitchenette were super clean. i really liked the interior design. It felt very modern. i was happy to discover winckley square was just a short walk away, and the high street was also close.

the helpline only went to voicemail when i tried to call. it said to leave an email instead, i eventually received a call back regarding early check-in and parking (thank goodness!).

the hotel is near the black horse pub, it is a grade ii listed building with an amazing interior. this pub has great beer, a 12/10 experience if you ask me. it is worth a visit.
