underwhelming suite
dated decor non-functional extractor fan
the location was acceptable for my travel needs.
i paid a considerable amount for a suite. the decor seemed quite dated with random elements. the bathroom extractor fan did not work, a bit of a letdown (considering the price).

thin walls cold buffet
the room walls seemed thin. i could hear conversations and other noises from adjacent rooms, this was quite distracting. the noise impacted my sleep quality considerably. also, the breakfast service was slow, and some items on the buffet were cold. i expected quicker service and warmer food, especially given the price.

excellent stay with minor drawbacks
ample parking clean room friendly staff
parking was ample and convenient. i found the room well-appointed and clean. the bar service was friendly even when busy. the evening meal stood out with attentive service and personable staff. breakfast offered a lovely table with pleasant views and delicious food.
some road-facing rooms had inadequate window fixings, causing noise issues and affecting sleep.

some issues
missing panel unattentive staff
the location was good for the event i attended. the rooms looked clean upon arrival.
the staff at breakfast were not attentive. there was a panel missing from the ceiling outside our room and we could see pipework. i hoped for a relaxing night but the bin collection woke me early.
