Mixed Experience at a Centrally Located Hotel

stuffy roomweak shower pressure
The room felt a bit stuffy. The radiator outside the room was on and made the space uncomfortably warm despite it being a warm day. The shower had weak pressure, and the shower hose seemed like it needed some cleaning (I even noticed some hair in the drain).

The staff helped us greatly.. they offered assistance at every turn. We had a baby with us and carrying items upstairs was simple. The location is indeed perfect. The breakfast was very nice. The pub downstairs added to the experience.
The room walls seemed a little thin, and i heard other guests sometimes. It was a very slight issue.

excellent breakfastscalding showerairport noise
The breakfast was excellent, specifically the vegetarian options. I thought that was good.
The shower was a problem. it was either scalding hot or ice cold. There was no in-between. also, the room was quite noisy. I could hear a lot of noise because there seemed to be no soundproofing, and the location is near the flightpath to an airport.
