excellent stay with very helpful staff

fresh breakfast helpful staff driving licence

The breakfast buffet had a good variety. it included fresh fruit juices and hot items such as eggs, sausage, and bacon. reception staff were very helpful and professional. Robyn, paul, and bernard were eager to assist and ensure guests had what they needed. the cleaning lady found my international driving licence and gave it to reception. I am very grateful.

the check in happened quick, which i appreciate it. my room, a standard twin room, was very spacious and also clean. the bed was comfy, helped me rest after a long travel.

the selection of beers at the bar it could be better, im not a big fan of the current options.

Check-in was seamless, and the staff (super friendly and helpful). I was impressed with the dinner menu and enjoyed the steak pie and chocolate fudge cake. The hotel offers excellent value, and the room had ample space.

my room was well-equipped with everything i needed for a comfortable stay. the bed was indeed comfortable and the shower was very nice. i especially appreciated the hotel's straightforward ev charging, it made things so easy (a real plus for ev owners).

i found that the hotel lacked air conditioning. during warmer days, my room became uncomfortably hot, and there were limited options to cool it down, impacting my overall comfort.

good breakfast decent selection undercooked dal raw rice

the breakfast was good, it had a decent selection of items available.

The evening meal was not great. The lentil dal i had tasted undercooked and the rice seemed raw. i was disappointed with the limited vegetarian options.
