convenient location ample parking smoke smell dated bathroom
the location is just off the motorway. plenty of parking is available. the pub next door offers food options, it is very convenient.
the room smelled of smoke upon arrival. the bathroom needs replacement. there was lots of traffic noise when the window was open.

i always find the staff here helpful. they were quick to assist with requests. the location is good for visiting nearby places. the breakfast was tasty, it had a good variety.
the carpets do need some cleaning.

the location proved convenient.
The tv remote lacked batteries. A significant inconvenience. the breakfast quality was disappointing. The food arrived cold. Only the hash brown offered some warmth.

friendly staff amazing food quality service
The staff were all lovely and helpful. I felt so welcome! The food and service on Saturday afternoon were amazing. It was quite busy , but that did not impact the quality at all.
The directions were a little unclear. I initially parked by the pub , not realizing the hotel entrance was around the back.

The location is super convenient , close to the motorway for easy access. This spot is nice and quiet , set back off the main road. It really makes traveling easier.

Our Family Room was really spacious and comfortable. The beds are very comfy , which meant everyone had a great sleep. It was also very quiet , which is a big plus.

All the staff were lovely and helpful , always ready to assist. The service in the pub and restaurant was excellent , even during busy times. Their politeness really stood out.
