The staff were professional and helpful. I appreciated the central location. It was very close to attractions. A restaurant on site provided convenient access to food and drinks. The building's heritage added character to the stay.
The small sink made washing a bit difficult.

the location was near shops and the albert dock. staff allowed us to leave our bags before and after check-in. the room was big and the beds were comfy.
the bathroom in the room was quite shabby , not up to a 4 star standard.

I appreciated the attentive staff. They were very helpful at all times. The room was clean and generously sized. The hotel's central location made it easy to access local attractions. I found it convenient!

The hotel is near various bars and restaurants, offering many choices. A nearby shopping center and bus stop added to the convenience. EVERYTHING was close. Albert Dock is also just a short walk away.

The spacious room included a sizable bed that provided Really good comfort. Plenty of towels were available, and additional tea and coffee were provided upon request. The walk-in shower was super clean, and the bathroom felt very modern.

The hotel offers breakfast at the Italian restaurant, conveniently located next door. I found the bar to be great with a good cocktail selection, the staff really know their stuff. The reception area felt warm and inviting!

Check-in was smooth, thanks to the friendly staff. They were always available. My request for a ground-floor room was accommodated with efficiency, i AM so thankful. The team even allowed me to keep the same room after extending my stay!
