the location was acceptable because it was near shinagawa station.

the room was too small and felt cramped, i barely had space to open my suitcase. it was not very comfortable, and i really struggled with the lack of space.

the staff was friendly and available, something i expect.

the room was too warm, i could not adjust the ac. i tried to call the front desk many times but no one answered, it was frustrating when i needed assistance. this lack of service really affected my experience.

station walk breakfast buffet convenient location

The location proved convenient. Shinagawa station was just a brief walk! MANY eateries surround the hotel, and it was easy to find different options. i enjoyed the complimentary light breakfast buffet. It added a nice touch to each morning.

the room honestly felt quite small. i struggled a bit with luggage space.

the location was so useful because it was near the train station! the club lounge access with breakfast was a nice touch. luggage storage after checkout was easy to use. the staff was friendly and quick to help with any questions.

the yellow lighting in the room made it a little dim.
