Asakusa Tobu Hotel enjoys an excellent location right across Asakusa station, providing easy access to the subway and popular attractions like Sensoji temple. Many guests appreciate the spacious rooms, especially the 3-bedded rooms and upgraded rooms that offer excellent city views; some even enjoyed themed rooms like the Hello Kitty Sakura room. The breakfast receives praise, particularly the freshly made onigiri, though some found the Western options limited, and a few guests have mentioned the standard rooms being on the smaller side.

Balanced stay experience

great showeramazing breakfastsmall roomhard bed
The hotel location is excellent. A subway station sits across the street. I found many restaurants nearby. The shower had great water pressure. Breakfast was also amazing. I enjoyed the plentiful Western and Japanese options.
My room felt small. There was no closet. The beds were very hard. I also found the pillows uncomfortable, like sleeping on boards.

The staff seemed overworked, their stress showed. i also found the room quite small. it was difficult to manage luggage in such a tight space, and moving around was a challenge. the view wasn't great. I mostly saw a giant tv screen.

excessive feeunprofessional comment
I found a baggage hold fee of 1000 yen per bag quite ridiculous. I was a returning guest after only one night away, it seemed excessive. We spent a considerable amount at this hotel, yet they still charged us for holding bags for that single day. The staff member made a condescending comment, it felt very unprofessional.
