The location was superb, with direct access to the JR line from level four. I enjoyed the complimentary sparkling and still water offered in the room. The wide, comfortable beds ensured restful nights, and the front desk staff were always cheerful.
The rooms are rather small.

The room featured a modern bathroom and separate toilet. Both areas were easily lockable. Amenities were generously provided. A nespresso coffee machine included six capsules. Drinking water was available on every floor.

The staff displayed friendliness and a helpful attitude, offering assistance whenever needed. English fluency among the staff ensured smooth communication for international guests. They offered assistance with directions and local information. Their availability was constantwith extra support.

The hotel provided a daily complimentary drink from the bar, specifically between 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm. I found this to be a very nice touch after a long day exploring. Plenty of restaurants are available on floors one through three.

The room was smaller than expected for the price, and i found some of the staff unhelpful. That surprised me. street noise was also noticeable even on a higher floor. the mattress felt too soft, and the bedding wasn't great.
