Excellent Hotel, Great Location

friendly staff coin laundry clean beds hotel pajamas

The staff was friendly. They helped with our luggage. I used the coin laundry. It had two machines. The beds were nice and neat. I liked the hotel pajamas and the separate hotel slippers.

The room size felt small. It was a bit tight with suitcases. I could not find much space to unpack.

a balanced stay

clean room large room convenient station dated furniture old carpet limited food

the staff held our bags on our last day. this give me time to kill before my flight from haneda. the room was very clean, and large for a hotel in japan. it was a moderate walk from hamamatsucho station.

the hotel is very dated in my opinion. the furniture and carpets looks old. i saw it especially in the beautiful twin rooms, elevators and common areas. there was no vegetarian food for lunch or dinner.

The hotel has soft music and reading rooms on every floor. there is a wine dispenser in the lobby. the hotel decor includes a library theme. I enjoyed the lounge.

my room was small even by city standards. it was difficult to open luggage without hindering movement. the price seemed high for the room size.
