japanese foodwestern foodquick access

the breakfast buffet include both japanese and western food. the hotel is very close to the station. access to shinkansen and metro is quick as the access is from inside sapia tower.

the hotel do not appear on maps inside the subway so it was hard to find for the first time.

The front desk staff were very helpful with directions. My room was clean and well-kept. I had a Beautiful Twin Room Non-Smoking with comfortable beds. The hotel's proximity to the station made travel easy.

peeling wallpaperloud buzzing

I was not happy that the room felt old. The wallpaper was peeling, and the furniture looked worn. The bathroom fixtures had limescale. Plus, the air conditioning started making a loud buzzing noise after running for a couple of hours, it become unbereable. I requested a room change, but it didn't solve the issues.
