The room size was satisfactory and the hotel offered many amenities. I could access shops and restaurants easily. It was very convenient.

fabric shower curtain impersonal check-in

The check-in process felt strangely impersonal. the staff seemed more focused on procedures. than on making guests feel welcome. my room lacked a certain charm. It felt dated and somewhat sterile. the bathroom had a fabric shower curtain, which i found unhygienic. it seemed impractical in such a large hotel!

smoke smell staff language

the location was convenient for accessing subway lines.

my room smelled heavily of smoke, even though i requested a non-smoking room. the old decor was not very Pleasant. also, the staff struggled to understand my requests, it was a major barrier.

The Japanese garden was BEAUTIFUL. It was so peaceful to walk through each morning.
