adequate stay in a central location

convenient location useful amenities poor soundproofing bathroom stains

i liked the hotel's connection to the branded store. the location is convenient to explore the area. the amenities let me test some products.

the soundproofing was not good. i could hear neighbors loudly even on the top floor. the room cleanliness was not up to my expectations. there were stains in the bathroom.

helpful staff excellent breakfast small room no scales

the staff stored our luggage, because we arrived early, that was very helpful. it was in our room when we returned later (i was relieved!). i liked having the hotel provide drinks and snacks before dinner. the breakfast was excellent.

the rooms were really small, that was difficult with luggage. the hotel had no scales, so i was unable to check the weight of my suitcases before leaving for the airport. i was offered a tiny hand device, but it was useless for a 23kg suitcase.

underwhelming stay, cleanliness issues

bathroom stains musty smell

The location was central. It was easy to access many subway stations.

I was disappointed with the room's cleanliness, particularly in the bathroom. there were visible stains on both the walls and floor, quite off-putting. also, the shower floor had a musty smell. I thought it was due to poor ventilation.
