The rooms were clean. This was acceptable.
The service at the grill was poor. A staff member lied about seating availability. i was dressed smartly, yet i felt judged, and i found this off-putting.

spacious room excellent breakfast wonderful artworks
the room was spacious and nice. the breakfast was quite excellent though the same for most days. i enjoyed the free tour of the wedding halls, it included wonderful artworks!
the hotel is large and feels a bit like a wedding banquet complex.

The hotel staff offered excellent service, demonstrating thorough training and attentiveness to guests. Rich traditional art was visible throughout the hotel. I found a shortcut to the nearby station.
The executive lounge lacked variety in its snack selection.
