“Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Premier excels with its prime Ginza location and striking Tokyo skyline views from higher floors. The stylish bar and renovated rooms offer a chic urban retreat, though some may find the service and cleanliness inconsistent with the price point. I think it's a solid choice for travelers prioritizing location and views over flawless luxury.”

the staff were helpful (i guess that's their job).
i booked a standard queen room, but it felt small. there was barely room to maneuver with luggage. the noise from the street (even on a high floor) was quite noticeable, and i could clearly hear the toilet flushing, not just in my room, but in others too.

the hotel is close to train stations, convenient for getting around.
The room felt small. there wasn't much space to even move around, and the bed was pushed right against the wall. It was difficult to get in and out. the staff seemed polite, but many of them struggled with english, and i had trouble communicating with them. it was really frustrating.
