the location was super convenient , just a short hop to shinjuku gyommae station. i found a 7-eleven and family mart really close by. staff were happy to keep my luggage when i got there early , and that meant i could explore the city before check-in without any hassle.

i thought the japanese breakfast was lovely with local options. there was a nice variety of traditional dishes , including miso soup and pickled vegetables , which i really enjoyed to start my day.

the staff seemed genuinely happy to help me understand everything. they were eager to communicate , even if their english wasn't perfect. i really appreciated that they looked after the packages i had sent to the hotel very well.

the hotel is near a train station and subway , as well as many restaurants. plenty of convenience stores are also close by. the room was very clean and the wifi worked well.
the onsen wasn't large and quickly became crowded.
