Fantastic Stay Near Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden!
fantastic location transit stations luggage storage dining options
The location is fantastic (close to many things!). I found easy access to multiple transit stations right outside the door. Free luggage storage was so convenient both before check-in and after check-out. I had so many choices for dining just steps away in every direction.
The elevators were sometimes busy during peak hours (especially at check-out).

The hotel provides laundry facilities with four washing machines and four dryers for guest use. These machines are located in the basement near the communal onsen entrance, great for convenient access after a relaxing spa visit.

convenient location nearby mart excellent air conditioning
the location was close to a metro station which was convenient. i found a 711 and family mart nearby for necessities. the air conditioning worked wonderfully and kept my room cool.
the check-in area felt a little small when multiple people were present.

easy access food options short walk close proximity
the location was great, with easy access to the subway station. i found various food options nearby which added convenience. the national garden is a short walk. i appreciated the close proximity to shinjuku station which is about 15 minutes away.
the room temperature was hard to adjust, making it difficult to find a comfortable setting.

the location was excellent. i found easy access to the subway station. the proximity to shinjuku gyoen national garden proved very convenient for a morning stroll. i appreciated the provided soap and shampoo.
i observed the single room to be somewhat small and there was hardly any space for luggage.

convenient location close station helpful staff
the location was super convenient , just a short hop to shinjuku gyommae station. i found a 7-eleven and family mart really close by. staff were happy to keep my luggage when i got there early , and that meant i could explore the city before check-in without any hassle.

i thought the japanese breakfast was lovely with local options. there was a nice variety of traditional dishes , including miso soup and pickled vegetables , which i really enjoyed to start my day.

the staff seemed genuinely happy to help me understand everything. they were eager to communicate , even if their english wasn't perfect. i really appreciated that they looked after the packages i had sent to the hotel very well.

clean room functional wifi hygienic environment
the hotel is near a train station and subway , as well as many restaurants. plenty of convenience stores are also close by. the room was very clean and the wifi worked well. the hotel kept everything consistently clean , from the elevators to the lobby.
the onsen wasn't large and quickly became crowded.
