charmed by gardens and service

historic sites cloud display modern spa

i was charmed by the beautiful gardens. the gardens feature historic sites and a cloud display. i also found the gym had better equipment than most places i visit. the spa facilities are superb and modern.

i found communication difficult at times because few staff had strong english skills. this made check-in a bit slow.

the concierge was attentive and worked hard to meet my needs. the staff seemed to take great pride in keeping the grounds immaculate. i felt relaxed because of their care and professionalism.

i found the bistro food delicious and the service perfect. the breakfast offered many good choices that tasted nice. i enjoyed the japanese breakfast a lot and thought it was so yummy.

The location is next to a river with cherry trees. I loved that. the hotel is a bit far from the city center i noticed. the garden makes the hotel unique.
