Really good Service and Authentic Japanese Experience

This hotel provided an amazing experience. The staff offered really good service and attention to detail. I felt cared for. The hotel also gave us a framed photo as a souvenir, a thoughtful touch. Our room attendant served our meals in the room, a special treat.

The public onsen facilities looked worn and need refurbishment. They did not seem entirely clean, disappointing. I think that the maintenance of these facilities requires immediate attention. This upgrade would significantly improve the overall experience.

The hotel features a lovely Japanese garden. I saw deer passing in the garden in the morning, good. The grounds are beautifully maintained. There is an outdoor onsen available, offering a relaxing experience.

Our room included a private onsen for personal enjoyment. Kimonos were provided to wear. This added to the authentic Japanese experience. The room also had traditional Japanese details and futon beds.
