Excellent Stay in Central Location

helpful staffdelicious breakfastconvenient locationrandom air conditioning
The staff was helpful and offered great pajamas suitable for the summer heat (I wished I could buy a set!). The breakfast was delicious with many options. I also found a good ramen place just across the street. The hotel is conveniently located near transportation, restaurants, and stores in the Ginza area.
The air conditioning system seemed to operate randomly. Sometimes the room was too hot, and other times it was too cold, even without adjusting the temperature settings.
Dining
9/10
Breakfast included a varied selection of both European and Japanese dishes. The restaurant also offers good options for dinner in the evening. Convenience stores are located just across the street from the hotel.
Location
10/10
This hotel provides easy access to subway lines. The hotel is only a short walk from the main shopping district. The area felt safe and was generally quiet.
Service
9/10
The staff were very friendly and helpful . The check-in desk is located on the third floor for easy access. The cleaning crew did an excellent job maintaining the room.
Rooms
8/10
The room featured a closet and a desk, providing ample space. The bathroom included all necessary amenities, such as creams. The room size was reasonable, especially considering the location.
