the location is great, steps from the ginza shopping street. family mart is very close, offering convenience. the room had a washing machine which was very useful at the end of my trip.

the pillows were a bit too flat. this made sleeping slightly uncomfortable.

Convenient Stay Near Higashi Ginza Station

The location near the Higashi Ginza train station made traveling easy. The in-room laundry machine was very useful (i used it almost every day). The free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch.

The window in my room was opaque and did not open, so fresh air was limited.

the location was indeed great. i appreciated that it was near several metro stations. shopping was very close, bars were accessible, and eateries were nearby.

the bathroom smelled a bit from the drains. the shower curtain also had an unpleasant smell. i reported this to the front desk.
