misshapen mattress sore morning
the staff were helpful and the location was close to restaurants.

modern decor great view
I stayed in a beautiful king room. it featured updated modern decor and two big windows. The south-facing views were great. the room service menu had plenty of choice and they kindly brought up something from the restaurant.
sound from the adjacent rooms was audible. i could easily hear conversations next door.

fresh towels great attention room amenities cleanliness detail
The hotel REALLY impressed me! My room was upgraded. I appreciated the fresh towels daily. The room had good amenities. The staff paid great attention to detail regarding cleanliness (Cristina on the 8th floor deserves recognition).
The bathroom was a little cramped (i wish there was more space for getting ready).

easy access friendly staff ill fitting shower control
The hotel had access to shopping and dining, very convenient. i was also able to check in early. The front desk staff were quite friendly.
the room was a little worn, and the doors did not fit perfectly. i found it difficult to control the shower temperature, requiring slow adjustments.

Excellent Stay

updated lobby beautiful bar side restaurant
The updated lobby includes a beautiful bar in the center. A lovely bar and restaurant sits along the side of the lobby. I enjoyed a delicious lunch by the fireplace in the bar. A pianist played while I was there.
I noticed the sound from the adjacent room was very audible.

The hotel offers excellent food , with excellent quality and presentation. The bar features a pianist. Guests can enjoy various dining options within the hotel premises , catering to different tastes.

The front desk staff was very helpful. Jane Doan assisted with a lunch reservation at the CN Tower and walked me through the process. The bellboys were cooperative and efficient , assisting with luggage and providing helpful information.
