Embassy Suites by Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview, a 42-story hotel, is 100 yards from the brink of Niagara Falls, opposite the Falls Incline Railway. i found the king suite spa bath horseshoe or us falls view spacious. the breakfast buffet offered many choices.. i especially liked the omelet station. the hotel has underground parking for a fee.
the elevators were sometimes slow, leading to short waits.

the staff was genuinely helpful and courteous. the hotel's location allowed easy access to attractions. i appreciated the cleanliness throughout the entire hotel (especially in the common areas).
the elevators seemed a bit slow during peak hours.

The room had a very clean feel. The staff was professional and friendly (i liked the staff members). The views were gorgeous. I highly recommend this location.
Breakfast was horrible. It was also very overcrowded. We had to eat in one of the conference venues downstairs (not ideal). There was no cream cheese for breakfast. The breakfast selection did not meet expectations.

my room was awesome and big and clean. i had a walk in shower as i have somewhat of a disability. over all i would stay again. thank you for that.
there were no basic amenities. every amenity had a cost associated. there was no wifi included. also there was no car parking provided for free. how do they expect their guests to arrive?
