Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Guests often appreciate the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel for its excellent location, with amazing views and walkability to attractions like the skating rink. The rooms are commonly described as clean and comfortable. While the lobby makes a stunning first impression, some have found the breakfast system somewhat confusing, with limited assistance and extra charges for different options. the hotel's proximity to the PATH, Union Station, and many dining options, combined with comfortable beds, seems to provide a good experience for most visitors.

the chap at reception upgraded my room i guess, and it had a cn tower view. the room included everything i needed. the pool seemed nice.
the internet wasn't great so if you aren't in their marriot bonvoy club don't hope to log in. for what you pay, the room is just plain. they want a $200 deposit if you even think about ordering room service. water tasted like chlorine.

The location was convenient. A short walk led to Union Station. The gym had a large variety of machines. I ordered a delicious burger from room service. It arrived quickly.
The fire alarm went off at 2 a.m.! It took over an hour before it was resolved. Pillows were not very good. I had to cover a flashing light on the ceiling so I could sleep.
