clean facilities live music
The location was very convenient and the view from my room was amazing. I loved the onsite Morton's steakhouse! The bar had nice live music at night too. The facilities were super clean and cozy!
The air conditioning was very noisy so I switched it to low, to enable sleep.

my falls view room provided a view as advertised. the location allowed easy walks to the skylon tower and journey behind the falls. morton's grille was onsite.
the mattress need replaced.

perfect location excellent view helpful staff excellent attendants
The hotel's location was perfect. The view from my room included the falls. It was excellent. I also had a wonderful view of the fireworks at night. The proximity to the Falls was beneficial, and the staff was helpful. The room attendants were excellent.
The hotel is a bit tired. It is dated considering the cost, and it is not worth it.

The front desk staff was friendly and competent. They provided quick responses to requests. This ensured a smooth experience. The valet service was prompt. This made arrivals and departures easy.

My room had a comfortable bed and a jacuzzi. It was helpful after long travel. The view took my breath away. The bathroom was spacious. It was stocked with complimentary toiletries.
