the hotel is close to places i needed to go. the room was bigger then i thought it would be. i got to watch fireworks from my room, that was a nice surprise. i liked the convenience to everything.
check-in took too long. they did not tell me what the hotel had when i checked in, i needed it explained. the tv did not work as expected without paying more.

The hotel is in a great location. It was easy to get around. we had a compact king room with a shower and a city view. the room was clean. i appreciated the prompt response from the staff to my inquiries.
the wifi was quite slow. it was a slight inconvenience.

a really good stay, i must say

i stayed in a room with a view. it had a falls view and i saw fireworks. the check-in process was efficient and friendly, they were really great. the room size was perfect too.
the elevators were breaking and there were long waits. only a few were working , and this was inconvenient. i had to wait over twenty minutes multiple times.

my room was big, much bigger than i expected and it felt very grand. it had comfortable beds, i really liked them. the bathrooms are clean with lots of amenities and i found them very convenient.

i ate at the restaurant on the 33rd floor. it is now a la carte instead of buffet. i thought the food tasted great. the views from up there were amazing.

i stayed on the 34th floor and the view was really amazing! the entire hotel seemed clean, and the location is very convenient. food options at the hotel were good, with several choices available. the casino and other shops were right across the street.
some furniture in my room showed wear. parking was a block and a half away.

I finded the rooms quite spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and i sleeped very well. The bathroom features good toiletries. The hotel is really good, however the elevators had a long wait at times.
Wifi signal wasn't the strongest in the room.

quick elevatorsskyway access
my room was very clean and also i liked the quick elevators. check-in was quick too, which i needed after travel. i found the skyway to the casino handy because i dont have proper clothing.
