pleasant stay in central area
clean roomswell kept roomson-site barhelpful staff
the rooms were clean and well-kept. i enjoyed having dinner and drinks at teller's bar. breakfast at the daily ritual café, attached to the hotel, was good. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
This did cause minor delays.

Staff provided attentive service at the front desk, being available for assistance with various requests, such as printing documents for business meetings, this level of dedication enhanced my overall experience. It was efficient and stress-free.

the staff at check in were quick, so that was acceptable.
My room was not great. There weren't extra blankets. also, the gfi plug didn't work for the coffee maker, annoying. i expected more.

the location is superb. there is a subway entrance right outside the building (very convenient). i found many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. the staff was helpful with directions and suggestions for nearby attractions. the room was quiet, despite being in a busy area.
i encountered an issue with the slow draining of the bathtub. the water drained very slowly during showers. it was a bit inconvenient.

the hotel is ideally situated near many key attractions and public transportation options. union station is close, providing easy access to the airport via the up express. the proximity to subway lines simplifies exploring different areas of the city.

The hotel has a prime location. It is in the business district. There are subway and PATH connections. This is a short walk from the hotel through underground corridors. The food service provided fare. It was delivered to my room. The hotel's restaurant was also available. It.
I found the hotel quality to be lower than before. The mattress in my initial room was torn apart at the sides. I believe a mattress should be replaced sooner, not later. The Vault area is no longer accessible.
