I always love the free water bottles and the coffee machine in the room! the staff were all so friendly and the concierge offered very helpful advice. i appreciated the complimentary shuttle service they offered within a 5 km radius. It made getting around so easy!

The pool reservation system was a bit unusual. It felt difficult to make plans in advance because of it.

the hotel is situated near budweiser gardens. this location made access to events very convenient. many attractions are within walking distance. the proximity to entertainment venues is a definite plus.
