harbourfront delight!
smooth check-in organized valet chocolate cake
check-in was super smooth. the valet parking felt so quick and organized, which i really appreciated. they even surprised us with a delicious chocolate cake and a lovely bottle of wine, a fantastic touch for celebrating my anniversary... it was nice!
The gym could use a little attention. Some of the equipment looked a bit dated.

the hotel features a large indoor pool to enjoy, alongside spa and wellness services for relaxation. there is a recreational area on the roof offering sun loungers and a tennis court between the two towers.

black mold fire alarm
The room was not up to standard. i noticed black mold in the vent where the a/c flowed. This is a serious health concern. i was moved to a renovated room, but then the fire alarm went off for about an hour and a half the next day. It disturbed my rest.

a wonderful stay
excellent location smooth check-in tasty options
i am grateful for the excellent location as it permitted easy access to various attractions. the front desk staff offered a smooth check in. the breakfast provided many tasty options.
the staff was very friendly and professional. the hotel's location was also a great asset, as it was right on the waterfront.
The wine glasses in my room were dusty and was uncleaned for some time. my shower also leaked from under the sliding door. The tv didn't work. it was a bit frustrating.
