I found the location great. It's closest to the funicular that goes to Table ROCK. My room had a spacious layout and offered a very satisfactory view. I enjoyed the on-site amenities a lot! The pool and hot tub were clean. Well kept.
The air conditioning was LOUD! Though the parking was expensive.

The staff were friendly and helpful . They addressed any questions I had promptly and efficiently. I received discount coupons for the hotel's restaurants, a nice touch. The staff seemed attentive.

The complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby was greatly APPRECIATED. I was given vouchers for breakfasts, which i then used at the attached Applebee's. The food quality was good and the service was fast.

i was happy with the upgrade to a suite (it was unexpected). the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
the bathroom had a broken panel in the ceiling. the room was very hot, and adjusting the thermostat didn't help. there was no complimentary bottled water in the room (which would have been nice).

I found the location very convenient. I could easily walk to many eateries and other hotels near Clifton Hills, eliminating the need to drive. The room had an amazing view. the complimentary coffee was a nice touch, I appreciate that.
