Really good Stay at Prime Location!

The gym had clean equipment and numerous exercise machines, including a rowing machine. I could leave my luggage with the front desk on my departure day. The staff was kind and helpful. They assisted me with public transit. The hotel is a short train ride from the airport. This made travel easy.

I noticed some noise from slamming doors at times. This was a distraction . I wish the doors had a soft-close feature.

The room featured complimentary water and a fridge. I appreciated the functional layout and cleanliness of the room, offering a comfortable stay. The bed provided ample space, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The gym featured numerous machines. I found exercise options covering many types of workouts, including a rowing machine. The front desk allowed me to leave my luggage while I visited the Royal Ontario Museum. This was quite convenient.

The room decor seemed a bit dated.

The check-in process was seamless. I felt very welcome upon arrival. I especially appreciated the magnifying wall-mounted mirror in the bathroom. It was a nice touch.

The breakfast buffet was just okay.

The location proved convenient. Everything I wanted to see was easily accessible. The complimentary bottled water daily was MUCH appreciated. The staff were helpful at the check-in counter.

My room door seemed faulty. The room also had a low continuous droning noise. There was only one dressing gown provided in the room. THERE was no water provided either.
