A few issues detracted from the stay.

The hotel's location proved convenient. It allowed easy access to many attractions. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The room had a comfortable bed.
The room was not vacuumed properly. I found debris and paper on the carpets. The furniture smelled old and looked worn. Some bedding had rips and holes.

the restaurant being open for breakfast was convienent. the staff were pleasant. i appreciate that there were lots of luggage carts available for use.
i stayed in a room equipped with two beds and a sofa bed. the sofa bed had no pillows. the room only came with a single tiny bottle of shampoo, it was not enough for three adults.

a mixed experience

the room lacked natural light. the window faced a wall. the air conditioning unit was also very loud, so it was difficult to relax. i asked for the sofa bed to be prepared, but i was only given bedsheets and left to do it myself.

the location rules! it's seriously close to everything important. the room had sizable double beds and was also so neat. no probs! the staff was super nice, they really came through for me.
parking fees bummed me out. it reminded me of a surprise add-on, didn't love that part. maybe they can lower the price or make it free!

the staff was friendly and efficient. i checked in and they switched rooms to get me in right away, as my originally assigned room wasn't ready. the room was clean. the sleeping arrangement was nice.
the shower did not work properly. the shower head could not stay in place. it dropped and dangled facing the wall because the stand was broken. the hotel should fix the shower problem.

I found the staff very helpful and polite. the location was convenient for walking to nearby attractions. parking was available. the room was clean, i especially appreciated that.
The hot tub had many kids in it. This made relaxation difficult. i also noted that the laundry facility is located in the basement, which wasn't convenient.
