The staff greeted us with friendly faces and were helpful. They provided helpful suggestions for local restaurants. The cleanliness and great service made it nice, The location allowed quick access to the waterfront!

The music from a nearby nightclub was loud on Thursday and Friday. It was somewhat difficult to sleep well because of this loud music.

the front desk staff was very helpful! the location is close to the rogers centre and cn tower, this made it easy to explore. i found the room to be super clean and cozy. the fitness room had good equipment for a quick workout.

the tv didn't allow casting from a mobile device, this was a minor inconvenience.

the location is ideal for an event at roger's centre. i took the train from the airport to union station. a streetcar dropped me very close to the hotel's front entrance.

the soundproofing was poor , i could hear neighbors at night. blackout curtains would also help to block out city lights.

The harbour view from my king suite was quite nice. the king bed was comfortable and i slept well each night. the location was excellent. The building is close to many attractions.

The hotel seemed understaffed. I often waited a while for assistance. the room service menu was limited. I wished for more options. the gym was small. It had limited equipment.
