Acceptable Stay with a Few Disappointments
building site considerable noise
The location was convenient, close to many downtown activities.
My room had a building site view though I paid for a city view. There was also considerable noise from the site beginning at 7 AM. I expected better given the cost.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service
friendly faces local restaurant cleanliness
The staff greeted us with friendly faces and were helpful. They provided helpful suggestions for local restaurants. The cleanliness and great service made it nice, The location allowed quick access to the waterfront!
The music from a nearby nightclub was loud on Thursday and Friday. It was somewhat difficult to sleep well because of this loud music.

helpful staff convenient location clean room good equipment
the front desk staff was very helpful! the location is close to the rogers centre and cn tower, this made it easy to explore. i found the room to be very comfy and tidy. the fitness room had good equipment for a quick workout.
the tv didn't allow casting from a mobile device, this was a minor inconvenience.

ideal roger's location
ideal location train ride front entrance
the location is ideal for an event at roger's centre. i took the train from the airport to union station. a streetcar dropped me very close to the hotel's front entrance.
the soundproofing was poor , i could hear neighbors at night. blackout curtains would also help to block out city lights.

the gym includes a good amount of workout equipment, supporting varied exercise routines. bottle filling stations are conveniently located on each floor, promoting hydration and reducing plastic waste, which i find very appreciable.

The harbour view from my king suite was quite nice. the king bed was comfortable and i slept well each night. the location was excellent. The building is close to many attractions.
The hotel seemed understaffed. I often waited a while for assistance. the room service menu was limited. I wished for more options. the gym was small. It had limited equipment.

Nice Stay in the City Center
quick check-in city skyline comfortable bed
I appreciated the quick check-in process, it was effortless. The room had a beautiful view. I could see the city skyline perfectly. I also loved the comfortable bed, it ensured a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring.
The parking was quite expensive. Though the location was perfect!
