The hotel location is great. It provides amazing views for 24 hours. Dining at the milestones restaurant was a treat. I enjoyed excellent in room dining . I liked the convenient parking available.

I found the room to need updating. The couch had mixed cushions not really going together and torn. I think new furniture should be a priority. Floors were stained and cleaning is necessary.

The host and waitresses provided an excellent restaurant service. The mature women were very friendly. I also found them efficient when serving guests at the restaurant .

The room was a good size and had nice beds. The bathroom was also good and well maintained . I had a superior falls view room and it was located on a high floor with amazing scenery.

The hotel location was very convenient to attractions and restaurants in the area. The bus service available with a voucher allowed travel without additional transport costs. I liked the hotel's provision for parking up to 4 pm after checkout, it was helpful. The staff were friendly and provided accurate answers to my questions.

There were not enough to serve the hotel's capacity. One time, THE doors began closing on me as I entered, posing a safety hazard. the self-parking fee was excessive considering the distance to the parking lot.
