mixed feelings about the stay
long waiting timepoor customer service
the valet parking was a problem. i waited over an hour to get my car one evening. it seems they are understaffed for the number of guests. also, housekeeping seemed to miss our room. trash piled up and we had to get towels ourselves from the pool area. nobody came during my three-night stay.

the gym was good.
the valet parking was horrible. i waited twenty minutes to retrieve my car, even after requesting it. they prioritized exotic cars, though everyone pays the same amount for valet.

The location offered convenient access to several attractions. The gym was well-equipped with modern equipment, including multiple treadmills. I found a washing machine in the room, a useful amenity for longer stays (it was so handy).
The valet parking service caused a delay. I waited longer than expected to retrieve my car.

The location had AMAZING amenities. Our room included a washing machine. That was so convenient. William, a staff member, gave really helpful advice.
The room did NOT get cleaned. We asked multiple times for fresh towels, and no one brought them. The hot tub was dirty. The swimming pool had lots of plastic cups, even after cleaning.
