fantastic experience
excellent staff prompt maintenance central area
the staff provided excellent customer service and was very friendly. i couldn't figure out how to open the balcony door and maintenance arrived in under five minutes. the location was also great.. walking distance to many restaurants and the beach.
i booked a king-size bed room with a water view, but i was given a double bed room with a city view. it was basically a downgrade, but no price adjustment was offered. also, several of the interior lights did not work.

the room included an amazing king-size bed that provided restful nights and ample space. the bathroom was modern with luxury toiletries, a rainfall shower, and soft towels.

breakfast was served on the terrace and provided sunrise views. there were plenty of options.. tagus was great with the beach support, and his service.

this hotel had a prime spot right on the beach with easy access to local shops. this allowed for spontaneous exploration and provided a variety of dining and shopping options.. all within a short walk.

definite wear extortionate prices
the beach access was adequate it included provided chairs
the room showed definite signs of wear and tear housekeeping was inconsistent there were days i had to request fresh towels and toiletries the minibar prices were extortionate a juice cost nearly as much as a cocktail

beachfront area umbrella service dirty floors black feet
the beachfront area is awesome with chairs provided i appreciated the umbrella service as well. a staff member, johan, was very helpful setting us up to enjoy the day on the beach.
i found the rooms to be dirty especially the floors. walking barefoot for a few minutes resulted in completely black feet
