Timeless Elegance and Beauty
dining experiences timeless elegance
I enjoyed the dining experiences. Lunch at La Côte featured grilled octopus. The hotel boasts an upscale environment, along with an oceanfront location. It provided a great balance of relaxation. I relished the fine beauty and timeless elegance.
On arrival, I was taken aback by the sheer noise in the main entrance. I've honestly never been to a hotel so loud. The corporate event did account for the noise. I wish I was more aware that they do quite a few events.

Lunch is available at La Côte, with items like grilled octopus. The hotel includes on-site restaurants and bars. I savored these. Breakfast was really nice. For four of us, it cost over $150.

The hotel room features a great view and is well equipped. The room offers nice toiletries. The bathroom is large. The room included a TV with streaming services. The room was very clean. I enjoyed it.

The pools were beautiful. They were updating the main pool. Other pools provided sufficient options. The beach offers free watersports with the room. Wonderful loungers and umbrellas are available. The pool area included ample seating.

All staff encountered were polite, friendly, and professional. Jamel at the beach was helpful setting up our large family. He would circle back to check on us. I appreciated the responsive and attentive assistance provided by the staff.

I appreciated the good service from Gianni on the beach. He was very kind. Gianni went out of his way to be helpful. I also liked the hotel's location directly on the beach.
The check-in line was long (it took about 30 minutes). I found that this hotel was not good value. I experienced that everything here is expensive.

convenient access beach option dining options
the beach access was very nice and very convenient. arian was very accommodating and the best! the beach itself is very beautiful, i really enjoyed it. i found many options for dining.
The valet service proved quite slow. It often took between 20 and 40 minutes for the car to arrive.

Balanced stay
great view clean hotel friendly staff slow elevator carpet stain stained cover
The room offered a great view and many equipments. I found the hotel pretty clean and it had on site restaurants and bars. All staff i met were polite and friendly.
The elevators were not good. Guest dreaded to go downstairs or ride the elevators as it takes over half an hour to arrive. There were nasty brown stains on our carpet. The beach chair covers was frayed and stained.

clear sea helpful staff noisy entrance constant bag searches
the beach was beautiful. the sea had such clear water! anthony and jamuo were helpful. they assisted with getting everything ready near the water.
i found the main entrance to be noisy. there was a corporate event. i also observed constant bag searches and requests to see room keys near the pool. this did not.
