location good. room.. not so much

inconsiderate staff disgusting coffee

the location was good as it was close to many places, and it was easy to use transport nearby.

of all the places i've stayed, this was my least favorite one. the staff seemed inconsiderate, i needed directions and was sent to paths not accessible with a stroller. breakfast had mainly japanese-style food and the coffee served at breakfast was disgusting. luckily there was a costa coffee machine just outside. but i had to pay for it.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!

amazing bed refreshing shower perfect location water bottle

i adored the room i got! the bed felt amazing and the shower was super refreshing after a long day , the complimentary water bottle was also a nice touch. the location is perfect , i could easily walk to plenty of restaurants and shops.

the elevator did seem a bit slow during peak hours , i had to wait a few times. it wasn't a big deal , but something to note.

Fantastic Location and Efficient Service

I really liked the quick and easy check-in using only my passport. the efficient bag check system. The room was very clean, and this level of cleanliness extended throughout the hotel. I will stay with this brand again because of the price, offering a safe, clean, and easy experience.

The hotel was impersonal, and the staff was sometimes unhelpful with directions, suggesting routes not accessible with a stroller.

The room had every detail thought through. You hardly notice it is only 11m2. Necessary amenities were placed outside the door daily. This included towels, a toothbrush, and other essentials. The exclusive Wi-Fi was appreciated, as each room has its own router.

The breakfast buffet offered many options and displayed high quality. The staff are friendly and helpful. I found them very efficient during check-in, quite quick. I liked that the hotel provided a great system for luggage storage.
