The location provided unbeatable access to transportation. ginza station was just outside the hotel. the hotel rooms were clean and well appointed. i found the staff very friendly. They assisted me during my trip.

i thought the restaurants closed early. i had some trouble locating something to eat later in the evening.

I was so happy with the location! The hotel's proximity to Ginza Station made exploring the city easy. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. I totally enjoyed the daily housekeeping services too!

the location was acceptable because the ginza line was downstairs.

i did not appreciate the huge computer desk in the room, it took up too much space. also, i couldnt even look out the window because of the bulky desk. it, and there wasnt enough space to move around with my luggage.

excellent location train station limited choice local cuisine

The location is excellent. Shops are right outside. The train station is just in front, and you can access it via the elevator in the building. Taxis wait in front of the hotel.

The restaurant menu lacked variety. Breakfast choices were limited. There were no Japanese breakfast options available. I expected some local cuisine.
