convenient store easy access respectful staff
i appreciate the convenient store situated within the building itself. it made getting quick snacks EASY. the hotel's location was also advantageous because it was near various points of interest. i found the staff courteous and efficient during check-in and check-out.
the room was a LITTLE smaller than i anticipated.

staff interactions were always prompt and helpful, which greatly improved my stay, i felt supported whenever I needed assistance, and this high level of responsiveness was consistent throughout my visit.

the hotel offered straightforward access to public transportation links and several key attractions, this made it simple to navigate and explore many interesting sites, transport was available, regardless of the hour.

i noted coin laundry facilities WERE available, this provided significant convenience during my longer stay, the availability of these amenities meant that i could easily manage my laundry without leaving the premises.

convenient location provided fan main station delayed check in small room luggage storage
the location was convenient. it was about 15 minutes from the main train station. the aircon was centralised, but i worked around it. i did this by switching it off and using the room provided fan.
the check in was a little delayed. the room was rather small, i couldn't extend my elbow even halfway in the hall. luggage had to be stored in the check in area storeroom, if it wasn't packed.

airport shuttle convenient location small room poor acoustics
the airport shuttle was very convenient! the hotel also provided complimentary umbrellas. i found the location handy for the station, a short walk away.
The room i had was small. the acoustics were not good. I could hear the subway running below every 15 seconds and it ran past 11pm. That was a shame!
