The room's decor looked quite dated. the television was small for the room size. there was a lack of smart tv functions. Netflix and amazon video were therefore inaccessible.

the location is excellent. it is really close to stations, shops, and food. the hotel sorted luggage transfer for me. you are high up in hotel so noise is minimal.

the breakfast spread was minimal. the empty trays were not replaced timely. three packs of sample size moisturizer are not enough for two people. there was no tissue paper in the bathroom.

Fine Views and Convenient Location!

The hotel's proximity to the JR station made getting around so easy! I loved the free water dispenser, a great eco-friendly touch. Plus, the airport limousine bus service right to the hotel made arrival and departure seamless. The availability of luggage trolleys was helpful as well.

I did notice that the gym equipment could use a little updating.

The room offered a very nice view of the city skylinewith the Skytree. The size of the room was good , and provided ample space for luggage and comfortable movement. The bathroom featured good amenities, including fluffy towels.

Breakfast had a good variety of options with both Western and Japanese dishes available, and the quality of the food was quite high. The dining area featured large windows , and provided great views. Service was excellent.

The hotel's location near the station made accessing different parts of the city straightforward, and many shops are within walking distance. There is direct access to a department store via a walkway from the hotel, so you need not cross streets. The convenience store on the first floor was handy.
