The Shinjuku Washington Hotel is often praised for its convenient location, including underground access to Shinjuku station which is especially appreciated during bad weather. Many guests highlight the on-site convenience stores like Family Mart, open 24/7 for easy access to necessities. The airport limousine bus service stopping directly at the hotel makes airport transfers smooth. Some guests have found the rooms a bit small and have mentioned the soundproofing could be better, but the provided earplugs were useful.

small room and some issues

small roomdifficult temperature
the room was small. i had hardly any space to move around, and i could not open my suitcase without putting it on the bed. this made packing and unpacking really frustrating. also, the air conditioning was difficult to adjust. i was unable to get the room to a comfortable temperature.

Really good Hotel Amenities

convenience storeairport limousineeasy accesstransportation options
This location is convenient, offering easy access to a pharmacy. Two convenience stores and several restaurants are also located on the bottom floors, I noticed a Laundromat too. Limousine bus service to both Haneda and Narita airports is available directly in front of the hotel. These transportation options and amenities added greatly to the convenience of my stay.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

small roomthin walls
the room i booked apparently moonlighted as a storage closet because it was tiny i could barely open my suitcase without redecorating the whole place the bathroom was no better it reminded me of showering in a phone booth at least the location was decent i guess and the walls seemed pretty thin since i could hear my neighbors arguing about the proper way to eat ramen at 3 am the small room was a definite negative for me, the thin walls contributed to noise problems
