The hotel price was acceptable and amenities were excellent.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned. There was mold present and visible on surfaces. This is unacceptable in accommodations of this purported caliber. I also note the check-in process took nearly an hour, a significant delay that one does not expect at a hotel with such a high rating.
