A Decent Stay, Some Issues Noted
helpful staff gym facility shabby wall old furniture
The staff were helpful . The hotel also provides a gym. I found these two features beneficial .
My room looked somewhat old. The walls looked a bit shabby. I also noticed the furniture seemed dated. I think these aspects could use some attention.

fantastic stay!!!
perfect location amazing staff daily cleaning
i found the location perfect. it is close to shops and the subway station is accessible. convenience stores are nearby. restaurants are easy to reach from the hotel. i really liked the convenience this location provided. the staff was amazing and the cleaning service was daily.
the pillows were hard, i noticed. they seemed to have some kind of weight inside them. this made it a bit uncomfortable for me.

i appreciated that the room included a kitchenette, equipped for making simple meals. i found several restaurants near the hotel. a 7/11 store next door was also really convenient for quick snacks.

The reception staff was helpful, providing local recommendations. i liked that the lobby area offers filtered water. i made use of the coffee machine. It.

clean room mini kitchen
the room was quite large by japanese standards. i found everything very clean. the room included a mini kitchen. it facilitated the nightly meals.
the hotel is a little far from the center. it is about a 15-20 minute walk.

adequate, but some issues noticed
dirty walls late linens
i stayed for several nights and found a few things lacking. the walls were marked and not particularly clean. it seems linens are supposed to be changed every three days, but that did not happen . i had to request fresh linens, which should have been automatic.

helpful staff restaurant reservation small room temperature regulation
the staff spoke english which was very helpful. they even booked me a restaurant reservation since they spoke japanese
the room is small especially if you have a cot in there. it was also difficult to regulate the temperature for our baby to sleep in

respectful staff comfortable bed broken link tax invoice
My room was super clean. The staff were courteous and helpful. It was a nice-sized room with a comfortable, though twin-size, bed.
The hotel sent me several emails prior to my stay, i was unable to open the link provided.
