Central Location is A MAJOR Plus

The location is excellent. I had no idea it was so easy to get between the station and the hotel. on the way back, we even used the underground tunnel from the hotel, as it is connected. the rooms are quite spacious, everything CLEAN.
the room was very small. there was no room even to put our luggage without clogging the small walkway to our beds. i didn't sleep well for 4 nights.

The hotel is in a fantastic location very close to the metro station. Many great restaurants and shopping areas are nearby. Check-in and check-out were fast, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The room was nice and neat. I had two complimentary bottles of water in my room daily.
The bathroom was small. It had a slight smell.

The hotel sits in an excellent spot. It made exploring easy because of the proximity to shops and dining. I enjoyed a nice view of the Godzilla head from my room. The bathroom was separate from the sleeping area, practical.

Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

central locationcomfortable beddingcomplete roomgood service
The location is central and bustling I found the bedding very comfortable and the room included everything I needed. I booked an in-room massage for about $70 USD per person and it was a good service. I suggest you book a couple of days in advance for the massage service.
The walls were quite thin I could hear sounds from outside. I could even hear sirens on the street even though I was twenty stories up. The bathroom was essentially made of plastic.
Location
9/10
The hotel is near the main area it is right outside Shinjuku across the street. It is also conveniently located close to multiple train lines. Accessing Seibi-Shinjuku metro station is very easy it is two minutes behind the hotel entrance.
Rooms
8/10
The renovated room was very clean and spacious. The rooms are minimalist and modern with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. My room was on the 22nd floor it had a good view.
Service

The staff are all friendly and helpful. They helped me with Yamato luggage service which was great. The staff was very helpful in assisting me to send my luggage to my next hotel. Staff were also really friendly.
