convenient store easy travel late shopping
I enjoyed the Mega Don Quixote store nearby. It was super convenient for late-night shopping. The Shibuya station was steps away from the hotel. This made travel very easy.
The hotel charged extra to sit on the terrace, and drinks were expensive.

lovely hotel stay
modern hotel helpful staff
the hotel is very clean and modern. the staff are helpful and speak english. i liked the location since it is close to the train station and lots of shopping. the breakfast and coffee were also amazing.
the hotel room was smaller than i expected for the price. the amenities were not excellent. i found nothing that special about the hotel and the two lifts were not very convenient for me.

the staff promptly addressed all my requests and were always available. i requested extra towels, and they arrived within minutes. the reception staff provided quick assistance with directions to local attractions. the team seemed well-trained.

convenient location helpful staff varied options pleasant dining experience
the location is undeniably convenient , offering immediate access to shibuya crossing. i found the english-speaking staff consistently helpful and efficient. breakfast featured a great variety of options, including both western and japanese dishes. the onsite restaurant provided a pleasant dining experience.
the fitness room was surprisingly small and lacked a comprehensive set of equipment , limiting workout options.

prime location modern design helpful staff
The location is special offering easy access to Shibuya's vibrant heart. The rooms are modern and well designed. I really appreciated the friendly and super helpful staff .

catastrophic check in poor employee attitude
The check-in process was not smooth. the employee had trouble finding our reservation. He typed on the computer for a long time. He still typed for ages! he should have told us immediately when he found the reservation, but he did not. It was very annoying. a catastrophic check in experience. poor employee attitude
