I enjoyed the Mega Don Quixote store nearby. It was super convenient for late-night shopping. The Shibuya station was steps away from the hotel. This made travel very easy.

The hotel charged extra to sit on the terrace, and drinks were expensive.

the hotel is very clean and modern. the staff are helpful and speak english. i liked the location since it is close to the train station and lots of shopping. the breakfast and coffee were also amazing.

the hotel room was smaller than i expected for the price. the amenities were not excellent. i found nothing that special about the hotel and the two lifts were not very convenient for me.

catastrophic check inpoor employee attitude

The check-in process was not smooth. the employee had trouble finding our reservation. He typed on the computer for a long time. He still typed for ages! he should have told us immediately when he found the reservation, but he did not. It was very annoying. a catastrophic check in experience. poor employee attitude
