superb locationmeticulous ladycorrect details
the location was superb. breakfast impressed me. the staff was very helpful, especially a lovely lady who helped transfer our luggage to the next hotel. she was meticulous and made sure all details were correct.

the hotel sits on a quiet street. convenience stores and restaurants are a short walk away. it is close to the south exit of the train station. it makes access very easy.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station. This made it easy to access various parts of the city. I appreciated the complimentary beverages and snacks available on the ground floor. It was a nice touch. The staff were very helpful, assisting with directions and any queries I had. The modern design and cleanliness impressed me.
The breakfast area felt a bit cramped due to high occupancy. It was SOMETIMES difficult to find a seat.

the location was excellent. it was just a couple blocks away from the central station.. this made it easy to go shopping nearby. visiting friends was also easy because of access to transportation.
the room felt quite small for three people. it felt more like a budget hotel room, yet i paid a higher price. i found the pillows to be way too thin and uncomfortable..

The hotel is directly across from the station. We appreciated the connecting rooms. They were perfect for our family. There were free amenities available, including heat packs and high-quality bedroom slippers. The hotel also offered free drinks in the lobby until late..
The sound insulation was not great. We could hear noise from other rooms.
